so i know you seen this o.k.

i tryed this streach

i layed down and put my legs on the wall and my butt as

close as i can to wall and spread legs ,, it seems to work o.k

i will try it monday and thursday i forgot to tell you i am

riding my ex bike on tuesday i walk on other days and thursday and tuesday i do karate and bowl on saturday

any other i can do alone or with someone

It's a good stretch, just be careful coming out of it. It's easy to overdo.

You can also get into that position, and start doing crunches towards the wall. Very intense!

You can do this stretch any day, any time. It's recommended to stretch after exercise and a warm-up. You can do this stretch while reading a book, listening to music, reading the paper. I'm sure you can fit it into your schedule more times than you originally thought.

I assume you mean with your legs up in a V and stretching via gravity. This is just like being in a seated leg stretcher so is sounds like a great stretch. After you become more flexible, it may lose its effectiveness. For a little added stretch (only after you have become pretty limber), you may try ankle weights or heavy boots. Of course if you do this too soon, you may pull/tear something so be careful. If you do add some weight, maybe put a towel over each foot to hang down against the wall to avoid scratching the wall. Good luck.
