Go cross country skiing. Roast marshmallows. Eat Smores. Have a snowball fight with your friends. Make snow angels.

Missing training every once in a while is actually healthy. :D

Sometimes missing training for good reasons can be a good thing as it gives you perspective on how valuable your training is to you. Also, a true martial artist is wall rounded. So, take up an additional hobby to broaden your horizons.

I missed a workout too, but not due to bad weather. For a change of pace I stayed home and had pizza with the wife and kiddies and watched Madagascar on dvd. Might do this more often.

It's the day that the bills come do, that I would love to miss, but most importantly to never see again...LOL

But in regards to training...Sometimes it's good to take a break, and sometimes you make the best of when the time is given or taken from you.
