How high can u keep ur leg up?

Hey..how high can u keep ur leg up and how long..i can keep my leg up to a persons waist :bawling: which aint that high..how high can u keep ur leg up and how long..?Could u please give me some tips on how i can achieve this,Coz it looks good and i saw van damme do this in TIME COP! :up: thx!!

Now this is why we strive to do those splits!!! Practice your stretching!!

Dynamic flexiblity, and passive flexibility - You will find plenty of posts on this if you use the Search function at the top of the page!

 

Also you need to work on muscle control - try holding your leg in front kick position as high as possible for as long as possible until your leg gives up. Then try side and back, both legs. Then try again until failiure again!

Ok thx..lolz..i can almost do the splits..when ive warmed up im like 4 cm away from doing a perfect split..considering ive only been stretching since july 25th (my b'day)..and what is dynamic stretching..i here alot about this but i still dont no what it is..lolz..u dont mind if i take some of those pics do ya..lolz..they are pretty cool.
