mya Posted June 18, 2006 Posted June 18, 2006 Are you sure you where not blocking circulation ?I get that normaly when i lay on a bed and compress some arm arteries.You know meditation = low heart beat = low presure = easyer to block circulation.Just lay down one day when rested/calm and extend your arm verticaly for a few moments to minutes. You will see this happening.
