IronWarrior Posted November 26, 2005 Posted November 26, 2005 I'd cut your training back to hitting each bodypart once a week..like a 4 day split 2on 1off 2on 2off. Theres no 'set' weight you should be benching everyones different, some can't bench alot but can deadlift a alot or squat alot. I'am 5'9 220 can bench 365 for 6 reps, my one training partner i train with sometimes can bench 345 for 4 at 6'0 and 235lbs we have been training for the same time, probably has to do with the fact that I have shorter arms 'less range of motion' so see everyones different when it comes to how much you can bench..
