MizuRyu
I don't really listen to music while I'm training in MA... throws off my concentration.. unless i"m shadowboxing. When I lift or shadow box.. or do bagwork, I've usually got Necrophagist, Korn, Devildriver, Sikth, Mudvayne, Still Remains, Nightrage, etc cranked LOUD. Helps get me worked up "They look up, without realizing they're standing in the palm of your hand""I burn alive to keep you warm"

I embrace the silence.Respectfully,Sohan "If I cannot become one of extraordinary accomplishment, I will not walk the earth." June1
I was thinking that "Sleep Now in the Fire," by Rage Against the Machine would be a pretty good song to kickbox or box to. Must do that this summer. For katas, I don't know if there really is a good song to do them to. I think I have to agree with Sohan that silence is best in this case. Kool Kiais: ICE! DIE! KITES!
