scottnshelly
Although I haven’t tested this in training I just started listening to a new song that I think would be great to workout to. The band is Stemm and the song is “Face the Pain”. You may recognize it from the hit reality tv show “The Ultimate Fighter” on Spike. Great song. Son Goku the monkeyking
u guys may not think this is the best way to train, but when i practice my martial arts at home i, listen to a lot of violent music, not like drinking blood and slaughtering pigss and cows stuff, but hiphop and RB fighting music: loose my mind( DMX) lil jon, and East side boys: roll call, stuff like that. karatekid1975
I don't listen to music when I train hardly, but I have done forms/kata to Taiko drumming (Japanese drumming) groups like Kodo. Laurie F

ShotokanKid
I did a demonstration to some Matrix song, I think it was. Other than that, I never listen to music when I train. JackDragon
It really depends. When I'm training for Kumite, I listen to alot of Metallica, Slipknot, Static - X, Alice in Chains, Shihad (New Zealand Band), Slayer, Rob Zombie, Disturbed stuff with alot of aggressionKata, I either have nothing on, or Linkin Park, Incubus, Urban Techno just stuff that carries alot of emotion. (One of my favourites is Linkin Park - Points of Authority, great for a long Kata) Bujitsukai Karatedo

BJJ is 1
I like agressive music like God Smack, Clutch, Fuel etc on the mat. The best though was a couple months ago in class we were listening to an 80's station and we ended up rolling to Mr. Roboto! best training song ever. ha ha "Without Jiu Jitsu its like without my two legs."-Rickson Graciehttps://www.myspace.com/cobraguard
