Hey all. While training today in this huge school field, I caught eye of a full size football pitch. So I ran over to one side of it, and proceeds to come down one length of it with kick combinations, not stopping, not thinking, just doing whatever kicks came naturally to me. It was great fun to do, and was some decent skill and endurance work to do as well. I recommend it to anyone with enough room. I'm planning on going all the way around it twice tomorrow,

Hope you have the time and space to try it out, and I hope you enjoy it.

try having someone hold a heavy bag on the ground and move it across the dojo floor by round kicking it low.

I do that when i instruct intensive kicking lessons.

We train in a big sports hall coz there's about 180 of us. First Front kicks the whole length then turning kicks back then side kicks up and hook kicks back then axe kicks...

Mind you you get very dizzy on the spinning kicks!!

Bretty I know. Yesterday I did Spinning hook kicks all the way down the football pitch. Today I did a variety all the way around the outside twice. I can already feel my kicking skill improving dramatically, between the tightness, fiery tensations, and aches.
