I do 4 sets of 20 reps of crunches 4 sets of 15 reps of bent-leg hip raisers 4 sets of 15 reps of leg lifts.It's brings my abs out like crazy, but I still have bodyfat that's hindering see all of them.BUT THEY'RE THERE!
