Personally, I don't do decline situps.

I do 4 sets of 20 reps of crunches

4 sets of 15 reps of bent-leg hip raisers

4 sets of 15 reps of leg lifts.

It's brings my abs out like crazy, but I still have bodyfat that's hindering see all of them.

BUT THEY'RE THERE! :nod:

I don't have to be the best, just better than you!
