well for one...kata, and basics. have certain days to work on one region of your body such as upper one day and lower another, that way you give your body time to heal and become stronger. Other than that im not much help to you, try google also. There are some pretty useful sites for this kind of stuff.

Now I'm not very savy when it comes to working out but I know that if you have the money you can buy an elastic band that is made for working out. You can use that to work your upper arms and it can be used for legs too. Use that and do bodyweight exersices (pushups, dips, etc.) That should be good enough for now.

There are tons of workouts that you can do without weights. Do a google search on Isometric workouts. Also, look into buying one of those bands that stretch. You'll find they can provide some serious resistance. Remember you're 15, and still growing. Lift smart, with good technique and in time you'll see a difference.
