Chris05 Posted October 12, 2005 Posted October 12, 2005 when is the best time to practice martial arts right after school or after you do all your homework
Muaythaiboxer Posted October 12, 2005 Posted October 12, 2005 well i think the best time to practice is from sunrise to sunset, for me martial arts has always come first but i would say that if you dont plan to make martial arts your career do your home work it will only help you. RaidenTB Posted October 12, 2005 Posted October 12, 2005 I always liked to do my schoolwork before practice. It just felt better to have everything done, so my mind wouldn't wander to some assignment that was waiting somewhere...And another thing - I'm ussually too tired to study after practice. Imagination is more important than knowledge.

elbows_and_knees Posted October 12, 2005 Posted October 12, 2005 nobody can tell you what the best time is for YOU. only you will know what works best for you.

White Warlock Posted October 13, 2005 Posted October 13, 2005 I agree that doing it before you do your homework can get you injured in class, as you will likely be distracted. It is best to do as much as you can to clear your plate before stepping on the mat. Less distractions, less lingering thoughts, less accidents, less injuries, more time to practice later on.
