griff Posted October 7, 2005 Author Share Posted October 7, 2005 all i wanted was to know if anyone knew some good videos. i can't train anywhere right now because i live hours away from any damn gyms but i plan to move as soon as possible which should be sometime within the next year but until then videos are all i have which can actually help a lot.
