Ok here it is.

 

This morning I weighed in at 13st 4lbs - That's 186lbs or 84.5kg

 

My goal is to get down to 172lbs by the end of April. I also want to ensure thjat I loose no muscle mass during the process. I'll do my bodyfat% tonight - neeed a new battery for my calipers.

 

So - who's next?

 

I'll check in each day with weight & how the diet & training is going. I plan to cut calories to 1500 per day, increase cardio work, and eat a high protein, low complex carb diet.

Well, in the last few months i seem to have gone from 83kg to 88kg and it's certainly not flabbyness... Maybe my weights routine is working properly... I'm not much into calorie counting though, it's not my shtick.

I weighed myself yesterday, I'm 81 kgs, or 178.5 lbs.. I want to get down to 170 lbs.

It's been a long cold winter and need to lose 10 lbs or else I'll be buying bigger pants soon. I'm not looking forward to light beer at all. :spitlaugh:

Well - the weekend didn't go too well. Too much food - WAY too much food :lol:

 

Took my daughter on a trip to see a Scotish Castle she is obsessed with - overnight hotel stay - cooked breakfasts blah blah blah...

 

Ah well - the diet is back on today :grin:

YODA, I ain't been doing too good..

 

I haven't done any cardio, nor have I cut back down on food.. I think I might try and gain weight instead, seems easier =p

You guys are too funny. What you need is a female here complaining about her weight! :razz: :lol: blahblahblah...

 

I am right where I want to be weight wise ....135 lbs. I just don't want to gain! I am going on vacation in a little more than 2 weeks. (plan on drinking like a fish and eating like a horse!)

 

Yikes ... bathing suit ??? Doing lots of crunches and toning with those weights and resistance bands!!! Plenty of cardio --- teaching the kickboxing.

 

My food plan is eating a good breakfast ... protein/meal bar at lunch and early dinner. Cut out all food after 6:00!!! Drink lots of water, no beer :bawling: , wine is good though! Good luck guys!! :up:

Hey ZR440, try Amstel light. It only has 90 cal., and has as much flavor, if not more, than most domestic beers. Mico brews not included.

 

It's done wonders for me. I can't stand the thought of going too long without my brewskis. At least I can justify this as having less cal than a coke.
