Hiriatoshi and Reh Kan meanig & Explanation

Could someone please help me with the terms "reh Kan" and "hiriatoshi"? Are these movements or stances? Could someone please describe them for me in particular detail? I would appreciate the assistance.

Hariatoshi is a 3 point block..... Rekken or Ura Ken is a backfist.
