We often get questins about what supplements work – but what about those to avoid? What have YOU spent good money on that didn't perform as advertised?

- Ginseng (Just gave me the trots!)

- Chitosan

- Fake ephedra based products (using synephrine istead of ephedra)

Should avoid ephedra....will cause problems with the heart.

Most health food products are undertested, and in alot of cases when tested not independently.

Labels are not listed properly...ie. the listing of the nutritional information on protien bars. Low Carbs means usually glycrine, which is not really a true carbohydrate, but has similar properties.

Health food products, are a waste of cash, better to eat right.
