vertigo
Get more sleep. Very true.Although, there is a slight possibility you are getting too much sleep... I know this occasionally happens to me when I get 11-12 hrs of sleep on weekends - I'll feel much worse than had I gotten up an hour or two earlier. However, this will depend on your age a bit too (I'm not a doctor, but I'm pretty sure when you're growing, you need more sleep ).I want to say that your diet could also affect this too; however I'm not quite knowledgable in that subject, so I'll let anyone else who feels like it touch that base. Jay
eat more greens like broccoli and spinnish. These contain iron which is essential in the production of red blood cells which carry oxygen to different parts of your body ive had the same problem i didnt have enough iron and felt tired all the time now i have extreame stamina and can last without sleep for longer When you have less oxygen there is less of a reaction in your muscles and cells.Oxygen + Glucose= Carbondioxide + water + energyThe more glucose and oxygen you have the more energy you have as sypol as that.I do biologie so i know my stuff lol The key to everything is continuity achieved by discipline. CagedWarrior
Just being healthy in general. Vitamins, enough sleep, exercise, etc. Other things that help are caffeine, or ginseng....

Ben Martin
or e pills, coke and speed since i started having fruit and water for breakfast i have felt alot more awake and energetic in the first half of the day (but i do need to graze on it up until lunch). i have gotten rid of the tea or coffee and just drink warm water and do the same at work.i have the same problem with getting tired during the day. if i have a late night i will often sleep for an hour or 2 after lunch as i finish work at 1am but i can't seem to stay awake. so i think the best bet is to go to bed eariler.
