Zeus
Magnetic Therapy can greatly assist the body in the prevention and healing of injuries. There are rules that must be followed in order to get the most out of Magnetic Therapy. Albert Roy Davis discovered that magnetism consists of two separate energies with different effects. For any type of healing, the North pole of the magnet must be used. It will reduce swelling, relieve pain, and can greatly speed up the healing process. The strength of the magnet is important. A biomagnet that produces a weak magnetic field will not work well, even if the North pole is used. The bigger the magnet is, the stronger the magnetic field emanating from it is. Davis and his associate, Walter C. Rawls, found that rare earth ceramic magnets were the best for Magnetic Therapy.I bought a book by Gary Null on magnet therapy titled, Healing With Magnets. Once I read it I was certain I wanted to try magnets. After some searching I found out about the work of Davis and Rawls. The magnet I bought from their lab has worked wonders for me. I have taken several styles of martial arts, and most recently, I took Isshinryu. I was kicked in the knee while sparring on one occasion. My leg became swollen so I put my magnet on it when I got home. I used the magnet for about 40 minutes, twice a day for the next few days. It reduced the swelling and eased the pain. Magnets can work very well if you know which ones to use. There are many studies showing that magnets do work, some of which are in the book I mentioned above. Davis' research began way back in the 1930's. He and Rawls wrote several books, and they mention a number of people in them who've duplicated their work. Using magnets can give you an advantage over your competition.
