hey

i just wanted an opinion on my home made dummie ive just tied 2 car tyres one on top of the other to a fence for head and lower shots

its good for kicking any kicks really but i wanted an opinion to see if theres any risk at all

any comment is a help

I think stick fighters (escrima) do this on a regular basis.

If it works, use it!

If not, throw it out!

Make sure the steel belts aren't exposed (that could seriously tear you up) and there isn't anything embedded in them.

no theres no real danger...unless you hit it to hard and you hurt yourself...but it is a great idea
