Sinar89
Ok, i was wanting to know if it was physically possible to be flexible enough to (while standing) lift one leg basically parallel to your body and keep your foot flat. What i mean is...if anyone ever watched Ranma (no flames, no flames...i know most of the stuff is totally fake) then in on part he lifted his leg straight up like i was describing and then balanced a plate on his foot sincei t was flat. i was sitting here thinking about it and it's been bugging me weither or not that was physically possible. thanks

Goju_boi
I had a friend in high school that could do that, but then agin she was a dancer , so that explains her extreme flexability https://www.samuraimartialsports.com for your source of Karate,Kobudo,Aikido,And Kung-Fu
