yireses Posted August 21, 2005 Posted August 21, 2005 There is real evidence on dinosaurs. Is there any real evidence on Dragon's? The knowing of Violence and living in no violence brings peace.Shaolin Chuan Fa
granmasterchen Posted August 21, 2005 Posted August 21, 2005 I think that the story of Dragons may have originated from dinosaurs....a few extinct creatures that are now dead....or maybe just some philosophers sitting on a mountain top smoking too much opium....and they thought they saw dragons along with all the other things... That which does not destroy me will only make me stronger
Muaythaiboxer Posted August 21, 2005 Posted August 21, 2005 do a little research Dragons are a myth and have no more reality to them than santa clause or big foot. Fist visible Strike invisible

White Warlock Posted August 21, 2005 Posted August 21, 2005 Not necessarily. There is some basis for the myths. Bones of dinosaurs found ages ago may have helped proliferate these myths, but incidents with giant alligators, komodo dragons, and various sea creatures i'm sure put the seed to them. Sauzin Posted August 23, 2005 Posted August 23, 2005 Dragons have become and in my opinion likely always have been a spiritual being or ideal. I don't think it is any more absurd to spiritually believe in dragons then it is to believe in many of the other saints, gods, and/or spiritual beings that are worshiped and interacted with in various religions. And I don't feel threatened to say that I myself, have seen a dragon. It was a very interesting experience. And no, drugs were not involved. The only two things that stand between an effective art and one that isn't are a tradition to draw knowledge from and the mind to practice it.
