van_damme Posted March 14, 2002 Posted March 14, 2002 Hey. I am 15 years old now and i started to stretch ever since i turned 15 in july. I have been stretching very hard ever since and I started to go kung fu 2 months ago and now i am trying my hardest to do the splits.I stretch before i go to school,when i come back from school and before i go to bed.I do proper warm ups and after i have warmed up i can almost to the splits but i cannot do a perfect split.I have been trying so hard and i am getting very fustrated .Please can you help .Thx pierre van damme When you put water into a cup,it becomes the cup.When you put water in a T-Pot,it becomes the T-Pot..be water my friend!!

You will find extensive threads regarding splits and stretching techniques! That seems to be one of our favorite subjects here!
