SaiFightsMS Posted March 15, 2002 Posted March 15, 2002 Try warming up the knees. Do the circular motions as Jack suggests. From a seated position raise the lower leg in a leg extension. Stand in place and raise the knees as high as possible alternating legs. Do slow easy lunges. Do them moving forwards and backwards. You say that when you do squats the noise lets up as you do more. That is the basic principle of warming up. The first squats should not go as deep as the last ones to allow for the knees to get war. To get used to the demand you are placing on them.
