Some of you may remember I injured my ankle a few weeks ago. Well, I was officially cleared to train last week, but I took a few extra days to be safe. I came back to BJJ yesterday and Tang Soo Do and Escrima today. After a total of three and a half hours of tough exercise (1 1/2 BJJ, 2 TSD), and a light hour of Escrima, I feel great. I am eating right, I've changed my sleeping schedule, and am determined to weigh in at 180 or less by September 17th (I'm scheduled for testing). I also intend to compete in the BJJ US Open in October, and I will weigh in at 170 for that event.

Thanks to everyone who gave me any advice about my ankle, it's much better now and I'm back.
