isshinryu5toforever
the magazine gives monthly tips. They also tell you which fast food is better for you, even though none of it is good. Like eating Baskin Robins ice cream rather than Cold Stone ice cream, even though I admit Cold Stone is great. The magazine is $4 a month without a subscription. Not bad. He who knows others is wise. yamesu
Picked up the mag today, its pretty interesting, but there is a bit too much fashon for me.After reading it I wanted to go and buy shoes, not train my abs.....anyways, it was still an interesting read.Ive still had no luck in finding the Ultimate Abs Guide 2005,the best ive found is the Ultimate Musle Building Guide 2005, which retails for AU$60!!!!!!!!!Ill keep on looking. isshinryu5toforever
I love Cold Stone too, that's why I never want to see the amount of calories or fat their ice cream contains. Men's Health is a magazine for everything pertainint to men, so yeah they have a bit of fashion stuff in there. I think it has a pretty decent amount of fitness information in there though. They cover nutrition, not just exercise. He who knows others is wise. yamesu
True,I had a better look through the mag today, and was pleasantly surprized. The stuff on exersizing is pretty straight 4ward.But the nutritional info, and the how to apply this nutritional info to my life was good.Made me think twice when at the supermarket counter this evening.Damn, I reeeaalllyyy feel like cold stone.......but the nearest one to where Im at now is 13 hours by car.
