Kajukenbopr Posted August 11, 2005 Posted August 11, 2005 u need more ab workouts, clearly you dont have enough fat to be all flabby so its basically a result of lack of core excercise....try turning your training up a notch.maybe even twice as much as u used to do(abs) <> Be humble, train hard, fight dirty
Ninjitsu Posted August 12, 2005 Posted August 12, 2005 its not my main goal. But for me personally, i just want to look better for my girlfriend. You know what impresses my girlfriend is when I do pushups with her on my back To fight and conquer in all your battles is not supreme excellence; supreme excellence consists in breaking the enemy's resistance without fighting.-Sun Tzu, the Art of War
The Phenom Posted August 12, 2005 Posted August 12, 2005 So you're slim? Try doing more ab workouts (as mentioned before). Having a visible six pack means normally you don't have the excess fat around the stomach but if it still isn't showing....find some workouts that build the stomach muscle.
The Saint Posted August 12, 2005 Posted August 12, 2005 I'm proud of my keg. there's a 6 pack hidding in my keg too... "Pain is the best instructor, but no one wants to go to his class." Choi, Hong Hi ITF Founder
