wat do u do to be able to do splits and how long does it take in order to get a full split

Do your splits, but when u do them go down as much as you can (BUT DONT HURT YOURSELF!), and hold it for about 30 seconds, and do that then take maybe a lil 10 sec break and go back down, do that maybe 4-5 times. thats what ive done and i dont have full splits but im pretty darn close

Depends on where you start, and how much you stretch daily. I've seen it take as little as 4 weeks, as much as 6 months.

Do a search on the web for PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation) stretching, and you will find some excellent stretches.

Its funny, people ask for stretches, and nobody ever describes stretches for them to use :P

well most people generally know what stretches to use and they know what it does because they can feel it, so i just think its common sense really

a lot of people around the Forum say that they cant really do a full split so, no, they dont all know what works best.

If he did know, he wouldnt be posting this thread.

Get some ankle weights (put them on :P ) lay on your back while you have your butt against a wall and put your legs up like you are doing the splits and just let it stretch.
