Does anyone have experiance with this style of martial arts? There is a local Dojo that teaches it near me. Any info would be very helpful. Thanks!!!

Hmmmm...... Sogo Bujutsu isn't really a martial art as such but more a classification or concept (where have I heard THAT before!). It refers to classical Japanese arts that have a complete outlook in their training, often including swordsmanship, unarmed methods, archery, horsemanship etc etc.

I agree with the diff between Budo & Bujutsu (Bushido is a different animal) - the question was about Sogo Bujutsu, which is as I described :grin:

Okay, that does make sense. At this dojo when you take their classes they said you learn Karate, Jiu Jitsu, Iaido and Buki Jutsu. I know what all the other ones are but what's Buki Jutsu by the way. Thanks again guys.
