I have read most about how some train in here, it is different from male and female. So, being female, I need a females prospect to it. How you train? What are some of the techniques you use to enhance your proformance? Anyone can throw a reverse punch, but if you do not have heart, then your punching will be in vain. Training will vary from male to male just as it does male to female when it comes to goals. For example, if your goal is to gain weight, you won't train the same as a guy who wants to focus on increasing his muscular endurance.So, let's start this way - you tell us what your goals are, and we'll help you from there. I figure I have to put my money where my mouth is if I am going to be a credible instructor. Since I am a small person (5'4 113 lbs) it is a real challenge so I focus on endurance and flexibility/speed. This faster I am and the longer I last gives me an advantage in many cases. I am realistic enough to know my limits though!Additionally, I tend to lean towards the -do aspects of my art and I think that this in itself enhances my training and performance. Basically, you go from machine to machine (Or exercise to exercise) in a lap or "circuit" type setup. Generally done with less than maximal weights, it's more towards the toning/defining side. Ryokeen Posted July 21, 2005 Share Posted July 21, 2005 There is no difference, A female body can be just a powerful as a males. It's like saying ice and snow aren't the same thing. They are both water.Although if you're not use to hard work you'll have to work your way up. It's just an image. Males aren't stronger, heck if i had to have a kid, well we won't go into that. Lol. Train as hard as you can, My sensei's daughter could take more and harder hits than any of his top ranked male belts. Oh and she kinda won the world championship at the age of 14... And now it wasn't divided it was males and females. Bassically it all comes out to how well you train and how hard you work.Have fun most of all . Needing to focus... That is not to say that they cannot become stronger, but by nature, that is not the case. look at the amount of weight a female bb - pro level - lifts. Compare it to what a male lifts - there is no comparison. Also, what you are referring to in regards to having a child isn't strength, but moreso pain tolerance.
