One last question, what sort of recovery time would we be looking at for Tabata sprinting? Would it be fine to do light training for a while the next day, and then go back to intense training?

I'd recommend 2 days rest between Tabata sprint sessions. That doesn't mean rest from intense leg work - cycle your programme & you can go hard almost every day! I do :grin:

Hmmm.... yes I can see that in the fact that it's interval training - but the Tabata method has specific timings to it that have been researched & found to work the best.

Well Yoda Yes I have done this before and am still doing it (In Gym class at school ) It is a good workout To do :nod:
