KarateKid7
definiteli id recommend the cardio as it would help to keep u fit for the grading which would definiteli be an asset i.e. ur kickboxing and runs...in terms of weights, benching would help to strengthen your punches. I think u shud work on ur core also and abs every other day just to stabalise ur body thoughout ur exercises. The focus pads would do you some good obviousli for accuracy. Anyway well done for passing you college course and good luck. "Life is a journey, not a destination""Absorb what is useful, reject what is useless""Knowing is not enough, we must apply. fangshi
A lot of it depends on where your levels are now . But if you really want a all around solid workout try something to this effect . ( change what you need to fit your goals )RUNNING - daily . alternate between interval/sprint training and aerobic running .ABS - dailySTRENGTH TRAINING - 2 to 3 times per weekPLYOMETRICS - 2 to 3 times per weekSKILL TRAINING - 4 to 6 times per week This type of routine will help you build your skills and conditioning .Also remember a good diet is important too And take a rest day once a week . It does help .Congrats on passing your college course . WELL DONE !!! We are not so much individual beings as individual points of perception within one immense being. Thie only things I disagree with here are skill training and running - I would reverse them. skill training daily, running 4-6 times per week.
