what do you take with you to training for eating or drinking

I don't really eat anything during training, however I do pack a water bottle that holds half a gallon.... and its always empty at the end of the night.

We have a strict no soda pop rule at our dojo. Those spotted with it will be given 25 push-ups on sight!

i dont take anything with me, i dont have time to sit down and eat or drink, and like others have said it isnt good to train on a full stomach. i tend to refill with food and drink when i get home again

If you have just read the above message and agree with it then you may worship me as the best thing since sliced bread.


Of course if you don't agree then hey, i'm a crazed lunatic and you should ignore my insane ramblings.

i usually take a 2L bottle of water but if im going for a hard 3hr session then ill take some cyclone powder in a bottle and fill it up at the end to drink straight after my work out

I normally don't take anything but water. In fact, most of the time I just drink from the drinking fountain.

I only take water to. Nonflavored has less sodium if any and keeps me going longer than anyhting else.

25 push ups? Your school is lenient. Up it to 50. :brow:

We drink soda, gatorade. Sometimes we eat heavy and drink some beers afterwards(parties after practice)

Like my sifu says: we're not athletes, we train to defend ourselves. We might as well be comfortable while we're at it :P
