Let me put this in a new way:

There is ki :kaioken:

Then that ki is broken down into two catorgrys

one is body energy that keeps us going so were not sick and stuff like that

second is what i call overki, overki is basically extra ki

the reason why people cannot not harness that ki so it can be seen is because they donot not have overki.

Now do you understand my point? :cry:

I am here to get stronger in physical, mental and ki strength.

??? i'm confuse... Don't you learn how to handle chi by relaxing muscles rather than tensing it? Dude weight training only makes your muscles stronger but it has nothing to do with ki/chi. relaxing and visualizing it does.

one word says it all "dedication..."

Ki and strength are one in the same, if your training your ki your training your strength vice versa.

I am here to get stronger in physical, mental and ki strength.

It's official, you probably arent even taking martial arts or you wouldnt be discussing this...

Sorry I wasnt able to instruct you further...

Most people in the whole KarateForums agree with me- muscle strength has nothing to do with Ki/chi - and if you had a sensei/sifu, he would also agree with me.

the more fit your body the more ki, or, rather, it will be easier to manipulate it, i think thats what clarence was trying to say, however ki cannot increase the size of your muscles.

So what's the general consensus? Muscle building can restrict Ki?

constant weight training will restrict it, actualy building muscles and working out will help it

Ok ok guys I was not trying to miss inform anybody, it is just a theory, also I don't care if you don't reply who cares. This is an open forum, this is aplace were everyone can speak there mind clearly. What I said is my theory you can dispute or agree with me all you want but donot disrepsect me.
