I finally made it!

same position as in one hand push ups. feet spread apart and hand about halfway between them (for balance purposes). However, i put my index forward, my thumb behind, and my elbow goes side ways as i get lower. I put my other hand on my hip, ready to intervene in case im about to bust my chin :D
