kenttiensankari Posted June 10, 2005 Posted June 10, 2005 Eat normal food, dont eat candies, dont drink soda`s. Just train hard and you will lose some weight quite fast. Since you are only 16 you should eat normally. No hamburgers and pizza`s, homefood is the best. Ive lost quite much weight just by dropping unhealthy food from my personal menu. Still, losing weight should be done by training hard, not by eating not enough.

Are you 210 pounds of muscle, or do you have a lot of jiggly bits?I am 5'11 and about 184 lbs. I am fairly solid, but most height/weight charts tell me I am borderline overweight, and BMI indicies tell me I'm very overweight.Go to the library and check out books on nutrition. Not the fad diets, stay away from anything that is labeled Pritikin, Atkins, Beach anything, or any diet base on a fruit. KLax87 Posted June 10, 2005 Posted June 10, 2005 excellent post Aodhan. im 6'1 192..and i jus cut back from 203. ur a big brawler eh? it really depends on your body build and what your goal is. i mean, if ur mainly flab then u need to lose it. on the other hand, if ur say like an O line man or a center...then it might not be so bad. take a look at wat u want to end up with and why..and then strive for that. jus set goals and ull get it done man 2nd Dan Soo Bahk Do.
