isshinryu5toforever
both. stretch after you take a shower in the morning and after a quick warmup at night. or vise-versa, but stretching both morning and night is best. Mr. Mike
yeah, stretch both morning and night, after a workout, or anytime you feel a bit stiff or just want to limber up. Just remember to get the muscles a bit warm before you stretch them. Think of them as rubber bands. Warm stretches without breaking, or in the case of muscles, pulling. hawkfish
I stretch both morning and night. I do dynamic stretching in the morning and then again at night along with some static stretching after my karate workout. The dynamic stretching seems to be working very well for me even after only doing it for only a couple weeks now.
