Drink plenty of water

Take a good quality multivitamin & mineral daily

Get plenty of sleep.

Eat a high protein diet - get most of your carbs from veg & a little fruit. Minimise complex carbs.

Eat at least 1200 calories per day but not more than 1600

Weight train to maintain lean body mass - a general full body workout, moderate weigth & reps (10-12reps).

Consider taking L-Glutamine to help prevent muscle atrophy.

Use a combination of aerobic endurance work (20-40min) and high intensity interval sessions (Sprints, stair runs etc).

20lbs is optimistic in 4 weeks - depends on how lean you are now. 15 is a viable goal I'd say.

You could just train like a galley slave & east like a mouse but I'm guessing you'd still like to be in a fit state to perform on 25th March.

You should do your cardio work before breakfest, that way you're cutting into the fat deposits for fuel and lose more weight than any other time during the day.

It takes sacrifice to be the best.

There are always two choices, two paths to take. One is easy. And its only reward is that it's easy.
