Fu Man Posted May 28, 2005 Posted May 28, 2005 Isshin-ryu Karate includes kata and training for the follow Kobudo weapons: Bo, Sai and Tuifa (or Tonfa).The Kama and Nunchuaku are also studied in the system, but no katas exist for them.Ted
