Hudson Posted May 22, 2005 Posted May 22, 2005 Just arms?Endurance, strength, size?Triceps pushups, regular pushups, chin ups, barbell curls, tricep presses, regular and reverse wrist curls. That's almost all you'd need to build strong arms, not forgetting to practice your bagwork as well. The game of chess is much like a swordfight; you must think before you move.
