sat and sun-rest

im out to train my cardiovascular and anaerobic fitness for my martial arts as well as the up coming soccer season here in england...i plan also to add in the gym 2-3 times a week...wud this be best after the sprints or the cardio? im thinking cardio but id love to listen to wat u guyz, the proz, think :brow: plz :)

For the running..... lacrosse beats me up but theres nothing better then going on a 5 mile run.... wait 15 mins... and go to a football feild and sprint your * of back and forth.

You are asking if that is too much?

You haven't detailed exactly what you do on those days, however there are 3 issues:

1. Under training - never any pain or soreness

2. Correct training - tolerable levels of pain and soreness

3. Over training - intolerable levels of pain and soreness

Where is your current training putting you in those three categories?
