cross training

Featured Replies

Hello,

We mistakenly removed a couple of posts. They are below. I apologize for the confusion. Thanks.

First, what's your question? Second, what's the point? They fight in somewhat similar ranges but use different dynamics, so you get all the confusion and frustration that plagues cross trainers, with little if any of the variety. Personally i'd suggest the kempo by itself between those two.
For actual helpfulness [and a second opinion] Id recommend Jui Jitsu for your close quarters stuff, and a striking art for your ranged stuff, if your good with your legs muay thai, if your not...ummm dunnno; im a leggy person myself.

Like justice said - whats the question?
