May 15, 200521 yr Tom Bryans? Anyone have any comments on this style and on Mr. Bryan himself? I was thinking about crosstraining BJJ with a standup art and I am trying to decide between Kenpo and Boxing ( I wanted muay thai but there isnt any schools offering muay thai in my area ). I am leaning more toward competing in MMA than being well rounded in self-defense. So Im just asking for feedback regarding this form of Kenpo since there is a school very close by. Alexis I can't wait to hold you for the first time 7/10/05 your only a few weeks away.
May 18, 200521 yr Go give it a shot and see what it has to offer. You may like it, and you may just think that blxing has more to offer, given your goals. When a man's fortunate time comes, he meets a good friend; When a man has lost his luck, he meets a beautiful woman.-anonymous
May 18, 200521 yr Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't this the style Keith Hackney practiced in the early UFCs? He seemed quite competent for a stand-up fighter only.
