I just do 4-5 sets of 25:PushupsJumping JacksSit upsCrunches from left to rightrepeat 5 times XDThen I go on with my Kicks Punches bloacks and other techniques. I mean what's the point of being oh so strong and not putting alot fo effort into your techiniques?I don't get poeple like you...XD Needing to focus...
