I have the running part down from all my other sports. Just the weight training i need.

I don't see why people do such wierd training sceduals. I just do 4-5 sets of 25:

Pushups

Jumping Jacks

Sit ups

Crunches from left to right

repeat 5 times XD

Then I go on with my Kicks Punches bloacks and other techniques. I mean what's the point of being oh so strong and not putting alot fo effort into your techiniques?

I don't get poeple like you...XD
