xnfx Posted May 8, 2005 Share Posted May 8, 2005 How do you guys go about avoiding foot injuries in a sport that demands so much contact with the legs and feet? Do foot problems/injuries hinder your performance, training, or mental focus in anyway? What do you do to prepare your feet, and care for them, before and after a fight, or hard days training?Just wondering because I am type 1 Diabetic, and I've had a few foot injuries over the years. For some reason, when the weather is hot or muggy, my feet will sometimes swell up a little bit.
