Not sure what thread this should go in. Sorry if in the wrong one. But i do gymnastics. Since i was about three. Can do back flips front flips and etc. My point here is, how would i be able to get my leaps or jumps higher. Like if i do a standing back tuck. What work out would i need to do for me to be able to jump higher....

Plyometric exercises that work your jumping muscles (calves, hams, quads, etc). There are several good resources on the internet. Good luck!
