Yellow Grading

I passed..... with honors, w00t I am soooo happy right now lol

Wow, way to go. What do you mean with honors? Any advice to give to someone whose got their first grading for yellow at the end of June?

Well, kind of like honors in school, 70% is average, but above 80% is honors. Well I was soooo nervous, I just thought of it as a normal class, make sure you know everything off by heart. And the best confidence EVER for me would be, You Have To Be Confident, show your confidence and you will do so much better, always sit down with your back straight, do your stances with a straight back, head always up, if you make a mistake don’t stop and say darn it, all you have to do is make up for it by trying 110%. Good luck with that :D

Wow! someone else who has a system like this :P We use semi-kyu and full-kyu

Thank you, for semi-kyu, would it be like yellow adv for the next belt? Thats how it is in my dojo.

I'm not quite sure I understand what you mean :P but for our semi-kyu, it really doesn't mean much.. for example, i was semi-8th this past semester - i was still an 8th kyu, and still was able to test for 7th when testing period came up (passed full 7th this time around :))... does that answer your question? :idea: :P
