Matrix0978
I have seen other threaads like this. But i would like one for me personally. Ok well, im 14. I have done gymnastics since i was 3. I quit about 5 months ago. I do soccer basketball gymnastics lacrosse, martial arts of coarse. And i have been out of the physical work out for a while. Right now i am in the running season of lacrosse. So all i do is run. But i need a good routine to get into for physical work outs. I have also quit martial arts for a while, for the lack of time. My appendix ruptured about 6 or 7 months ago, and thats mostly why i quit that. I havent had time to sign back up which i am in a week here or so. I would still like a good weekly work out routine. Straight Blast
Shouldnt the sports be enough work out?I mean all those already could build up stamina, muscle mass, light footedness.Only suggestion would be if you want to start lifting weights,go ahead...but your 14..dont reccomend that just yet. Ben Martin
yeah as your only 14 you shouldnt do any weights yet but lots of body exercises burpees and ultimate burpees are the best i personally think, theres a thread in the kickboxing section about them if you don't know what they are.
