Sam Posted May 18, 2005 Share Posted May 18, 2005 Toughen body? 1.)as in to resists strikes? 2.)or not to hurt when u hit things?1. - lots of threads on here bout that... generally involve either a board with sisal rope wrapped round it and hit that alot, or varying density of grains of something in a bowl.2. - get a little bit of padding and get someone to kick you lots.... then take the padding off after a couple of weeks. there isnt much you can do to simulate [that i know of] someone attacking you without a partner to actually do it.
