Do you know if this is correct?There aren't 26 punch counters in Kajukenbo, only 21. Like I said in a previous post, I only recognized 1 Kajukenbo technique out of all the 1st degree requirements for the Villari/USSD schools. SKK techniques and katas are mostly tae kwon do and shotokan. George Pesare only trained up to purple belt with Sonny Gascon, so he only had a small portion of the Karazempo techniques. He did get a black belt in tae kwon do, and trained in some other arts in his home state. Early tae kwon do used shotokan katas, and Nick Cerio also learned shotokan/Kyokushinkai katas. Anyone familiar with Japanese/Okinawan katas will see that the SKK Pinans are almost identical. I don't know where the numbered "katas" come from, but their not Kajukenbo.
