Stomach conditioning...all help appreciated!

Anchored sit-ups with hands behind your head and go down so hands touch the floor, try to bring your upper body up using your legs as if you were doing a leg extension and keep your back straight.

L-sits, work up to doing a 3 minute hold.

Pilates basic ab exercise, do a google on pilates exercises and I'm sure you'll find it, its where you have your legs at a 45 degree angle, head and shoulders off the ground with arm straight at your sides moving up and down.

And as others said, do back extensions as well.

even practicing taking light contact to the stomach will make it conditioned for contact
