CapitalKarate Posted May 4, 2005 Posted May 4, 2005 Anchored sit-ups with hands behind your head and go down so hands touch the floor, try to bring your upper body up using your legs as if you were doing a leg extension and keep your back straight. L-sits, work up to doing a 3 minute hold. Pilates basic ab exercise, do a google on pilates exercises and I'm sure you'll find it, its where you have your legs at a 45 degree angle, head and shoulders off the ground with arm straight at your sides moving up and down.
