30 lb muscle in 3 months?

So you gained 20lbs of ROCK HARD MUSCLE in 10 weeks... that would only leave you two more weeks to gain the last 10lbs of MUSCLE. Not possible without an anabolic agent.

This guy is 15 years old... his metabolism is probably very, very fast and it would appear he could be classified as hard gainer.

I hope Radok's program works for you friend. Good luck!

I don't really approve of this. This is the male equivalent to anorexia we're talking about here, and just as likely to land one in the hospital with permanent health problems. By the way, women tend to prefer the more compact and bishy build rather than the obscenely malproportioned action figure build you're trying for anyways.

OK, it's been asked before and no answer has been given...

WHY *EXACTLY* DO YOU NEED TO ADD 30 POUNDS OF MASS?

PLEASE answer in FULL DETAIL, with supporting explanations of why those reasons are important.

Make sure you stuff as much food as you can all day every day. Eat alot of bread and cereal, because these provide alot of calories. Also, eat alot of meat as well. Don't forget fruit and vegetables.

First, EVERYONE gets picked on when you're 15. Second, 30 pounds of muscle will make you look worse, not better. Just focus on building strength and stamina and you'll add some definition, girls love a slender guy with compact (not big) muscles.

For Pete's sake, he'd only weigh 150 pounds, that is a compact build.

ok kid listen... i understand you want to get big and buff, i went through a stage where i was using a body building routine thinking i was going to get a lot stronger... it doesn't work that way, you get stronger sure, but without the use of drugs (not good for your body) you can gain 30 pounds in 3 weeks... and at this rate with the way you sound, you won't really be able to add on 30 pounds until your body's ready for it.

my advice... If you really want to get ripped, but more importantly get into shape i'd suggest performing basic bw exercises (push ups, dips (full dips, not with your legs on the ground) pull ups [palms facing AWAY from you] anchored sit ups, overhead squats with a broomhandle or something) and look into getting gymnastics rings (with some kind of book or video instructions) or kettle bells. And if you really want to get in shape, and add some lean mass, go to this site https://www.crossfit.com go under crossfit journal and read the trial version, it's well worth the effort. That site is THE best I've ever seen when it comes to teaching people how to get into true shape. Hope this helps!
